Our client, a multi-strat trading firm, seeks a cap structure arb PM to join their fixed income team.  The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience  with the focus on cap structure arb in bonds/stock/derivatives, ex-converts.  If you are looking to take the next step in their career and manage your own book this is your opportunity.  Strong analytical/quantitative skills, rational decision making and risk management skills are required.
