Tara Lavin, a co-founder, has over 10 years of financial services experience. Tara spent seven years as a Senior Recruiter at SIG gaining a wide breadth of experience across the financial services arena. In addition to branding SIG in the marketplace and growing their proprietary trading business, Tarapartnered with management to build and grow their Sales and Trading, Equity Research and Investment Banking efforts. Prior to SIG, Tara spent three years at Seraph Partners, a long-short hedge fund inPhiladelphia.
