Stacey Crognale
Stacey Crognale is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Greythorne Associates, LLC, a boutique executive search firm focused on financial services recruitment. Prior to launching Greythorne in 2007, Stacey was the former Director of Global Human Resources at Susquehanna International Group (SIG) LLC, and an Associate Director of that firm. She began her career in 1988 on the trading floor and in 1991 established and directed the Human Resources Department at SIG. Stacey developed a progressive, global HR department that supported a successful, fast-growing entrepreneurial organization. During her tenure the company grew from 200 to 1,200 employees with offices throughout the US, Europe and Australia.
Stacey received her undergraduate degree from Drexel University and her Master’s degree from Villanova University.

Tara Lavin
Tara Lavin, co-founder and Managing Partner of Greythorne Associates, LLC, has over 22 years of financial services experience. Prior to founding Greythorne in 2007, Tara spent three years at a long-short hedge fund Seraph Partners and over seven years as a Senior Recruiter at Susquehanna International Group (SIG). Throughout Tara’s career she has gained a wide breadth of experience across all facets of financial services and has helped brand and grow trading businesses globally. Additionally, she has partnered with management teams to build and grow Sales and Trading, Quantitative Research, Technology/Infrastructure, Equity Research and Investment Banking efforts worldwide.
