Stacey Crognale

Greythorne Associates, LLC was co-founded by Stacey Crognale, former Director of Global Human Resources at Susquehanna International Group (SIG), LLC and an Associate Director of the firm. Stacey began her career in 1988 on the trading floor and in 1991 was chosen to establish and direct the Human Resources Department at SIG. She developed a progressive global HR department that supported a successful, fast-growing entrepreneurial organization.

The HR department partnered with management to meet and exceed the objectives and goals of the firm. During her tenure the company grew from 200 to 1,200 employees with offices throughout the U.S., Europe and Australia. Her career at SIG lasted 16 years. Stacey received her undergraduate degree from Drexel University and her Master’s degree from Villanova University.
